This app shows daily gold, silver and platinum rates. This policy explains exactly what it collects, why, and who it is shared with. It is published by Code Implants.

What you choose to give us

When you first open the app you are shown a short form. Every field is optional and the whole step can be skipped. If you skip it, none of the following is collected and the app works normally.

PIN code	To understand which areas our users are in.

What the app collects automatically

Data	Why
Device model, manufacturer, Android version	To support the devices people actually use.
App version	To know which release you are on, and to tell you when an update is required.
An app-generated install identifier	A random value created on your device. It is not your advertising ID, IMEI, or any device serial, and it is deleted when you uninstall.
Approximate location (city and state)	Derived from your IP address by a local database. We do not request location permission and cannot see your GPS position. Your IP address itself is not stored.
How often the app is opened, refreshed, and how long it is on screen	To understand whether the app is useful and where it is slow.

What we never collect

Your precise or GPS location. The app requests no location permission.
Your contacts, messages, photos, files, camera or microphone.
Your phone number from the SIM. If you use the "choose a number" option, Android shows you a picker and only the number you tap is sent to the app.
Any payment or financial account information.

Advertising

The app shows a banner advertisement supplied by Google AdMob. To do this, Google may use your device's advertising ID and information about ads you see. Where required by law, you are shown a consent prompt before any personalised advertising is used, and you may decline.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Settings → Privacy → Ads on your device.

Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy & Terms.

Who your data is shared with

Google AdMob	Advertising ID and ad interactions, to serve advertisements.
Code Implants' own systems	Everything described above. Our servers are operated by us and are not shared with other companies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers beyond what is described here.

How long we keep it

Details you provide are kept until you ask us to delete them. Usage records are kept to understand long-term trends. Backups are retained for 30 days.

Your choices

Skip the form. You can use the app fully without giving any details.
Ask us to delete your data. Email the address below with the mobile number you registered, and we will delete the associated record.
Uninstall. This removes the install identifier and all data stored on your device.
Opt out of personalised ads in your device's Ads settings.

Children

This app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. Material changes will be announced in the app.
